A number of members may have recently received a fraudulent email requesting that they confirm the details of their email accounts.

Alphalink will NEVER ask you to provide your username and password via email.

If you have provided anyone with your account details, please contact us immediately on 1300 137 425 to change your password.

Due to changes to our mail system, spam identified by the SpamAssassin software on our servers will now be tagged with [SPAM] in the Subject line, rather than *****SPAM***** as previously.

Members who have their mail programs setup to filter out or delete spam as it arrives will need to update their filter as described here.

During the next few days some members might receive e-mails tagged with either the new or the old tag, or both tags in same cases, however you will see the new tag permenently as of next Tuesday.
