Technical Support is staffed by friendly, trained and experienced technicians who are here to help resolve whatever issues you have.

If you are having problems connecting to Alphalink services, or you need some help setting up your Alphalink account, email support@alphalink.com.au.

You should explain your problem in detail, including the name and version of the software you are having problems with (if applicable) and provide any error messages that you see when the problem occurs. If you are requesting a call back, please ensure that you provide your current home phone or mobile number and nominate a suitable time for us to call you when you can be in front of your computer.

Please do not send attachments, as this will delay a response. Our system automatically deletes all attachments that come in for security reasons, and your email will be placed in a virus quarantine area until we have verified that your email does not contain a virus. If there is something you wish to include, paste it inside your email in plain text.

When you email us, you will get an automated response that will tell you that we have received your message. Please quote the report number you receive whenever contacting us. We use this to track your problems and make sure that you are getting the best possible assistance.

All emails are answered within 1 business day, however most are resolved within a few hours.

Most calls are answered immediately, however, there may be times when there is high demand for support and your call will be queued until a technician is available. We appreciate your patience and apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
