Lightweight Portable Carbon-Glass Fibre Composite Telescopic Masts for Defence, Emergency Service and Industrial Applications

Mastsystem masts can be supplied with standard Extended Heights from 4 to 34 Metres, and are capable of carrying Headloads from 5 to 70 Kilograms with wind survival speeds of 35 metres per second. All masts have been designed for rapid deployment by unskilled personnel, deployment times varying from 3 to 30 minutes depending on mast type. These telescoping masts are made of state-of-the-art pulltruded carbon fibre composite tube sections with corrosion resistant hardware designed to meet the most demanding requirements of industrial and military mobile communication systems. Each section has full length, external keys to maintain directional accuracy. All masts can be rotated through 360 degrees and locked in position from the base. Mechanical stops prevent each section from overextending.
MASTSYSTEM telescoping masts are stand alone guyed systems which can also be vehicle or shelter mounted. Manpackable masts are also available in the TM series and are ideally suited to covert EW applications. Each mast is supplied with carefully designed accessories to ensure quick and safe erection. These masts have been well proven in arctic and tropical climates as well as in desert environments. With over 60 different standard and custom masts available, there is a Mastsystem lightweight telescopic mast for just about every application. Alternatively, where required, Mastsystem can manufacture, providing rapid turnaround, custom masts to your specifications. Cyclone-Typhoon-Hurricane rated masts to 60 m/s wind speed can also be custom produced.
GFS Electronics are proud to be Australian/Asia-Pacific Distributors and Service Agents for Mastsystem's Telescopic Masts. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have about this unique range of lightweight portable telescopic masts. |
